Giving Tuesday started out as a simple idea: We have a day for giving thanks and two days for getting deals (Black Friday and Cyber Monday). How about a day for giving back to the community?

Now it's a national phenomenon. #GivingTuesday is a top-trending Twitter hashtag -- and a chance for you to use your money to support nonprofits working for a better South and future!
