The U.S. senators from Southern states who said they would vote against certifying the presidential election, voted against it, and/or encouraged others to vote against it are, top left to right, Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty of Tennessee; Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi; John Kennedy of Louisiana; and bottom left to right, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue of Georgia, both of whom lost their recent elections; Rick Scott of Florida; and Thomas "Tommy" Tuberville of Alabama. In the center is Ted Cruz of Texas, who played a leadership role in challenging the certification. (Cruz still from C-SPAN; all other photos from the U.S. Senate website and Wikipedia.)
