U.S. Rep. Virginia Foxx, a North Carolina Republican, took to the House floor in 2009 to condemn a report by the DHS and FBI that examined the risk of right-wing domestic terrorism. Foxx, who faces re-election next year, was one of a number of lawmakers who attacked the report over political objections and blocked the Obama administration from taking action on its findings. (Image is a still from C-SPAN video.)
