Robert Lindsay seems to be the only one tracking this, and we thank him for it. The death toll from Katrina now stands at 1,337. Here's the state-by-state breakdown:

Louisiana: Fri., October 14: 1,035
Mississippi: Fri., October 14: 224
Florida: Fri., October 14: 28: 14
Alabama: Fri., October 14: 2
Georgia: Fri., October 14: 2
Ohio: Fri., September 23: 2
Kentucky: Fri., September 23: 1
Evacuees: Tues. October 4: 57
