Meyer Weinburg is professor of education at the University of Massachusetts and director of its Center for Equal Education. He has been editor of Integrated Education since 7963 and has written dozens of articles and books on minorities and education, most recently A Chance To Learn, published by Cambridge University Press, 1977.
