From 1979 to 1981, Regina Devoual was associate editor of 40 Acres and a Mule, a periodical published by the Emergency Land Fund, and for eight months in 1980 and ’81 edited her own community publication, The Claiborne. She currently serves as public relations director for the Claiborne County Voters League. (1982)
