A Washington, D.C.-based super PAC not only helped draw up the congressional districts that were recently ruled unconstitutional, but also helped elect legislators and an N.C. Supreme Court justice who approved the maps.

February 18, 2013 - A nonprofit that paid for Republican consultants to draw new congressional district maps for North Carolina -- a gerrymander that helped flip the state's delegation to the GOP -- got most of its original funding from big corporations including Exxon, Pfizer and Time Warner.
