        The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is sending a special inspection team to the Global Nuclear Fuel Americas commercial nuclear fuel processing plant near Wilmington, N.C. after an incident last week in which moisture was detected in a vessel containing uranium -- a situation that can lead to a dangerous radiation release.
