October 1, 2014 - "Killing Trayvons: An Anthology of American Violence" from CounterPunch Books examines race, violence and resistance through contributions from prominent writers and thinkers including Cornel West, Patricia Williams, bell hooks, and Facing South's own Chris Kromm. Its release comes as protests continue over the shooting of yet another unarmed African-American teen, this time by police in Missouri.
